At hire all employees will receive a copy of the Substance-Free Workplace policy of the Tucson Unified School District.
Each employee will receive a policy acknowledgement form and will sign and date this form acknowledging that he/she:
- Received a copy of this policy.
- Understands and will abide by the policy.
- Understands that discipline or dismissal may be imposed for violations of this policy.
The signed and dated statement will be maintained in the employee's personnel file in Human Resources.
