If the Governing Board determines that it is in the best interest of the District, and if the Governing Board approves of a written contract containing such provisions, a new administrator may be compensated for reasonable moving expenses to Tucson in an amount to be determined by the Board. Such contract approval by the Board shall not be made after any of the following have occurred:
- The employee has commenced full-time employment,
- The employee has signed a different and enforceable contract for such employment, and
- The employee has incurred the moving expenses.
The contract shall state whether a set amount shall be paid without itemization or whether itemization is required.
