At hire all employees will receive a copy of the Substance-Free Workplace policy of the Tucson Unified School District.

Each employee will receive a policy acknowledgement form and will sign and date this form acknowledging that he/she:

  1. Received a copy of this policy.
  2. Understands and will abide by the policy.
  3. Understands that discipline or dismissal may be imposed for violations of this policy.

The signed and dated statement will be maintained in the employee's personnel file in Human Resources.
